General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders, inquiries and contracts concluded via the website www.atelier-weiss.com , by e-mail or telephone with Daniela Pircher, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Conclusion of the contract

A contract for the purchase of a work of art is concluded as soon as an order or commission request is confirmed by me in writing (via email). The offers on the website are non-binding and do not constitute binding sales offers.

3. Prices and payment terms

All prices quoted are in euros and exclude VAT in accordance with Article 1, Paragraph 58 of Law 190/2014 (Italian small business regulation), unless otherwise stated.
Payment is made by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs will be shown separately.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer after payment has been received. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. I am not liable for delivery delays caused by third parties (e.g., shipping providers). The risk of loss or damage during transport passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping provider.

5. Retention of title

The work remains my property until full payment is received.

6. Return / Cancellation

Since the offered works are individually crafted or unique artistic pieces, there is no statutory right of withdrawal (pursuant to Art. 59 lit. c & m of the Italian Consumer Protection Regulations). Returns or exchanges are excluded, except in cases of demonstrably damaged delivery.

7. Copyright

All works remain the intellectual property of the artist Daniela Pircher. Any reproduction, publication, or commercial use is only permitted with express written consent.

8. Data protection

Personal data is used exclusively for processing the respective order and will not be passed on to third parties. A separate privacy policy applies.

9. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

Italian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Brixen (BZ), South Tyrol, Italy.
